Julie, thank you for my quilt. You have made a silk purse, out of a sour’s ear – as the expression goes. I couldn’t believe it when it arrived. I almost consigned it to the bin, I had undone it so many times. I have made the binding and started to hand stitch it. I am so pleased with it, and as usual, you made a wonderful choice for the backing.

Hi, just to say I had a dodgy start with your kit of hushabye hollow quilt, I cut the strips slightly wrong and had to get a bit more material from you. But, this is a truly lovely quilt to make and just wanted to tell you exactly that. There were one or two strips that were cut a bit roughly but could put that right but all in all, a really lovely set to buy for a confident beginner to quilting, Thankyou!

Thank you so much for last week and today. I have learned so much. I thought the free motion quilting was way out of my league. Although I have struggled at times I do know that it is doable for me…eventually. I also know that it does need a lot of practice to get to the point where I am satisfied with the results.

You are really amazing the way you make it look so easy and soooooooooooooo patient !!! You are also very talented and the end results speak for themselves.

I do so enjoy my Mondays there , it gives me the chance to get on with my quilts otherwise I would be doing the million and one other things that need doing. You and Sue are such great company and you make us all laugh. So it is also a fun day!

Thank you once again for all you help and especially sorting out my machine for which I was thrilled to bits as it saved me a trip to the tip with it .

I have received my patterns today and I would just like you to know how pleased I am with the quality and content in them.

I thought you may like to know that approximately 18 months ago I also purchased some of the Shades of Grey fabric from you, when you at the Uttoxeter Quilt Festival, and I have just completed a quilt with them. The quilt is made up of quilt as you go blocks and many people have admired it. I was disappointed not to see you at the Festival again this year, but now I have my patterns that has sort of made up for it.

I was lucky enough to get a Jersey Girl kit recently via Hochanda and I absolutely love her. I have made the front panel but am at a loss at how to make her into a wall hanging -- this is my first attempt at applique and wall hangings. Do you have a video link or other instructions about how to make hanging loops? I have also got Dakota which I can't wait to start next. Love your kits the materials are just amazing. Thanking you in advance.

I'm a regular visitor to this local shop - I love Julie's range and the personal service she offers. As these shops are few and far between in Berkshire, we are lucky to have a proper little gem in Juberry. Most importantly for me, I always feel inspired for the next project (of which there are many in the pipeline) by samples and the fabrics themselves along with the technical know-how from the staff.

I would like to let everyone know that this shop and the people that own it and work in it have the best customer service that I have ever come across. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are pleasant and really helpful. I live in Dorset so contacted them by phone after talking to Julie at the Malvern show. She ordered fabric that she hadn't got in stock and sent my order by post. I ordered specific amounts, the fabric sent was cut generously.
Will definitely be in touch again and have no reservations with recommending them. Thank you for all your help.
